Monique was only 22 years old when she endeavored as co-founder of their floor covering venture. She previously aspired to pursue a career in law, but somehow fate stepped right on in. 

Monique leads the organization in administrative and marketing services thru her vast knowledge of both Residential and Commercial Business affairs over the past 28 years. Her active Real Estate background also comes in handy to help service their wide range of clientele from multiple positions.  

The principles of the organization have proved to be the perfect pair where both business and construction come together so beautifully.

Wayne Greene, A Certified Master Mechanic originally groomed in floor covering back in his homeland of Barbados at the young age of 16.  Wayne was awarded a full-ride architectural scholarship when arriving in the US.  However, Wayne decided to use his gifted hands installing floors which was his true passion. Wayne was always a top installer wherever he would go. Naturally talented and gifted, Wayne excelled at all he put his hands to.

Since then, Wayne has been in construction for over 40 years, starting a business on his own along with his wife and business partner Monique. With matching work ethics, together they coupled their passion into a business that continues to grow with a very long list of satisfied clients, who they continue to serve, project after project, and year after year.
