Wayne Greene, A Certified Master Mechanic originally groomed in floor covering back in his homeland of Barbados at the young age of 16.  Wayne was awarded a full-ride architectural scholarship when arriving in the US.  However, Wayne decided to use his gifted hands installing floors which was his true passion. Since, Wayne has been in construction for over 40 years, starting a business on his own in NY along with his wife and partner Monique. Together they turned their passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of their clients.  

Monique Holston-Greene, Business Manager/Principal

Monique Greene has 28 years of experience working in the floor-covering industry. As co-founder, Monique has managed the day-to-day office operations for a multi-million dollar floorcovering venture with her partner & husband Wayne.  She leads the team in administrative and marketing services. With a vast knowledge of both Residential & Commercial business dealings in an array of facets, her active Real Estate background also comes in handy. 

The principles of the operation has proved to be the perfect pair.

Our floor layers are skilled and diversified in a variety of areas concerning commercial floor covering.  We have well-rounded hard-working crews who are taught the importance of safety, details, and consistency. Our crews consist of Helpers, Mechanics, and hired tradesmen who understand the importance of meeting project deadlines with safety as a top priority.
